The Berry College Student Enterprises will be hosting the second National Student Enterprise Development Conference on February 7th-8th, 2014. As you may know, we currently have 14 student-operated enterprises on the Berry College campus, that generated $432,000 of gross revenue last fiscal year and provided meaningful work opportunities for 140 students.

Last year, Alan Bridges of Coca-Cola and Frederiek Toney of Ford Motor Company were the keynote speakers and we will have nationally known industry leaders as speakers again this year. We will also have insightful break out sessions including Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Customer Service, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, and Start-Up Processes.
The purpose of this conference is to educate and inspire students from across the nation to develop an entrepreneurial spirit and learn practical business skills in order to prepare them for the future. Please share this information with other faculty and business organizations on campus who might be interested. You can register at http://berry-acad.informz.net/Berry-Acad/event.asp?eid=4817.
