The University of North Georgia Military Scholarship campaign is now accepting applications. The program enables the most gifted Georgia high school seniors to pursue bachelor's degrees from the UNG, and commissions as second lieutenants in the Georgia Army National Guard after graduation. 

This is a highly prestigious scholarship that is worth approximately $70,000 over four years. There are three scholarships available per Georgia Congressional District. Candidates must be nominated by members of the Georgia General Assembly and have a minimum GPA of a 3.0. The application can be found at https://ungms.ung.edu/apply.  It is highly encouraged that the application is completed by December 31. The Mitchell and Crunk Law Firm is offering a $500 scholarship to senior students. Academic achievements as well as any leadership experiences will be taken into account.
