The Asian Pacific Islanders for Professional and Community Advancement(APCA) seeks qualified applicants for both its “national & “state” scholarship program. APCA is a non-profit Employee Resource Group within the AT&T corporation. We are proud to announce that (21 or more) $2000 National APCA scholarships will be awarded for the 2017 academic year.
